Ditas Narciso, Beverage Server

Ditas started her career at Caesars in 1998 as a busperson and while she has held a number of positions in different departments, most of her career has been in Food & Beverage. She has been recognized by her peers for Superior Internal Service demonstrated by her dedication to building strong teamwork which results in great customer service. Ditas is also known for her upbeat and positive attitude, having a remarkable sense of humour and for going above and beyond in supporting her co-workers.

Dorothy Trudell, Steward

Dorothy joined the company in 1996 as a Cashier on the Northern Belle and continued as a Cashier for a number of years after the Casino boat departed. She transferred to Stewarding in 2013 where she has earned the reputation for her robust work ethic and deep sense of pride in her work. As a Crew Trainer, she leads by example, diligently ensuring that new employees are trained thoroughly, giving clear direction and offering feedback. Her caring attitude comes naturally.

Filip Urbanski, Floor Supervisor

Filip started his career with Caesars as a Dealer in 2003, but left the company in 2007 to pursue other interests. He re-joined us in 2014 as a Floor Supervisor bringing with him his vast experience from working at other properties. He is recognized in his role as a trainer and evaluator of new Dealers as being honest and fair, building on their strengths to build a strong team. Filip is a sought after participant in many projects due to his diverse experience and dependability.

Rakiesha Jones, Special Events Supervisor

Rakiesha joined Caesars Windsor in 2011 as an Usher/Ticket Taker in the Colosseum and over the next few years took on more responsible roles in the Entertainment department. She was promoted to Special Events Supervisor in 2018 in recognition of her strong leadership abilities and her dedication to treating all of her co-workers equally and with respect. She has demonstrated exceptional critical thinking skills always finding solutions to the many challenges she faces on a daily basis.

Anne-Marie Smit, Slot Ops Shift Manager

Anne-Marie is a Day 1 employee with 25 years of service in the Slot Operations department. She was hired as a Slot Attendant, within one year was promoted to a Supervisor and in 2016 was promoted again to Slot Operations Shift Manager. Her knowledge of operational needs helps her play an integral role in fulfilling departmental priorities including standards and forecasting/scheduling. She has earned the reputation for accepting new tasks and challenges with enthusiasm and consistently delivers results above and beyond expectations.
